'Valencia Open Young Talents' presents for the first time the Sportsmanship Award. The committee has established this award to reward those players who have an exemplary behavior. 

Two participants, one male participant and one female participant, are proposed after every tournament. After Castellón, Zaragoza and Bilbao tournaments, six players are finalists: Luis Bernat (Castellón), Alba Perez (Castellón), Alvaro Quintana (Zaragoza), Paula Hijos (Jaca), Fabian A. Rivera (Logroño), Carmen Aizpurúa (Bilbao). They will be joined by 12 more players.

The prize is to attend as a VIP guest to the semifinals and finals of the Valencia Open ATP World Tour and participate with professional players in unique experience as well as collecting trophy on the court.
