A prize for the sportsmanship
The 'Valencia OpenYoung Talents' 2015 goes ahead in a season where young players are shining in each city where the tournament is held. In addition to expanding the number of cities through which the fifth edition of this tournament dedicated to young talents in the country, 'Valencia Open Young Talents' continues to innovate and grow. Proof of this is the 'Sportsmanship Award'; a new initiative arising from the tournament organizers to reward the merits of the boys and girls on the court.
Therefore, this 2015 'Valencia Open Youn Talents' grants 'Sportsmanship Award' among all participants of the 9 circuit tournaments. Up to the prsent, twelve boys and girls proposed to achieve this prestigious distinction. They are Luis Bernat and Alba Pérez (Spain), Paula Hijos (Jaca), Alvaro Quintana and Marta Falceto (Zaragoza), Fabian A. Rivera (Logroño), Carmen Aizpurúa (Bilbao), Pablo Manzano (Madrid), Ana Utrilla (Guadalajara ), Francisco Andreu (Elche), Ingrid Millan (Jávea) and Angel Guerrero (Málaga).
The award for these boys and girls is to attend as a VIP guest to the semifinals and finals of the 'Valencia Open ATP Word Tour' to play in the City of Arts and Sciences, and participate with a professional players in a unique experience, in addition to the collection so bright recognition in the main court of 'Valencia Open'.
After Castellón, Zaragoza, Bilbao, Madrid, Valencia and Malaga, the 'Valencia Open Young Talents' does not stop. On August 31 will take place in Segovia the next stop of this tournament which aims to promote the practice of tennis among young people, which this year celebrates its fifth edition. Besides the Castilian-Leon city, there will still be two venues for visiting: Murcia and Alicante.
