Joao Sousa (46º ranking worldwide) is the first finalist in Valencia Open 2015. He won to Vasek Pospisil for 6-4, 6-4 in semi-Final and if he win the match tomorrow it can be the second title of his career (first in Kuala Lumpur, 2013). Sousa had play five finals in his carrer and three were this year (San Petersburgo, Umag, Ginebra).

After the match he explained us "I'm not going to change the game I'm playing. I will try to play in the same way and win tomorrow. Arrive to this Final is the best way to end this season. I am very happy, this is the fourth final I'm going to play this year, this is the best year in my career. I am so pleased for playing in Valencia, because here I feel like home". Sousa also talked about Pospisil: "I had play with him before in Roland Garros, I know him well and I think he played so good but he didn't play his game. I played better and I deserve to win".

He also said:  "It will be the fourth final of this year and I've lost the previous three, I will try to change this." About the final he said: "I don't mind who will be my opponent, both (Roberto Bautista or Steve Johnson) are very good players".
