The director of the Valencia Open visited today the new center court with press and media. 

Juan Carlos Ferrero visited the facilities of the City of Arts and Sciences with the media to show how the works have been completed. During the visit, together with Olof Samuelson, Head Operations of Valencia Open, he updated journalists with the last details. 

They also visited the space that will host the Fun Park, which, with an average of visitors approaching 200,000, becomes the center of social activity during the days of competition. And in that area fans can find a wide range of shops, entertainment and food activities, living a unique atmosphere throughout the day. This year will be no less than 25 trade stands.  

Juan Carlos Ferrero has referred to the new facilities with satisfaction. "We are very pleased with the courts we have. After knowing that we were not allowed to play in the Agora, we moved fast and the result is satisfactory. We have to congratulate the team that made it possible for the players and fans. We are already looking forward to the games", said the tournament director at the end of the visit.
