Pablo Andújar has starred in the surprise of the third day of 'Valencia Open 500 ATP World Tour' by beating second seed of the tournament, Tomas Berdych. The Spanish tennis player has prevailed with a convincing 6-3, 6-2.

Paul equates his best in the tournament, a second round that has eluded him four times and that did not come since 2011, when it fell against Monfils. Today he has been more sure that his rival, without committing any double fault, having a better first service (60% of the points earned by 49% of Czech) and saving four of five 'breaks' instead of zero three of his opponent.

Andújar is happy for the win. "I have been brave. I am very happy because I have to do here in Valencia. The keys to victory were soon fail and be very solid during the match", he explained.
