More than 500 boys and girls participated in the event which took place throughout the evening in the town's Plaza Mayor, beating last year's turnout when Castellón launched itself as a venue for Valencia Open 500 Street Tennis. The event also had a very special guest, well-loved by all ages; the Director of the Valencia Open 500 ATP World Tour Juan Carlos Ferrero, who followed the day closely and even hit a ball around with some of the youngsters.
